It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arnold N. Braaten (Manvel, North Dakota), born in Grand Forks, North Dakota, who passed away on January 15, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Braaten and Alma Braaten (Johnson); his wife Geraldine; and his sisters, Grace Bjerklie and Ruby O'Cain.
He is survived by: his daughters, Norma Szeveczyk (William), Grand Forks and Linda Utley (Ernie); and his grandchildren, Christine Phillips, Angela Armbrust, William Utley, Michelle Nelsen and Mitchell Sander. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, one great-great granddaughter.
