He was predeceased by: his mother Jerry Lee (DeCouteau). He is survived by: his son Jeremiah DeCouteau; his grandchildren, Brantley Owen, Lillith, Cameron DeCouteau and Gracelynn Liston; his sisters, Debbie Iglehart (Tom), Jacqueline Lee-Meisch (Terry) and Brenda Humann (Pat); and his daughters, Jessica DeCouteau and Peggy Jo DeCouteau. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
