We are sad to announce that on June 1, 2023, at the age of 88, Victoria Culbertson of Mandan, North Dakota, born in Cannon Ball, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Milen Eagle and Josephine White Eagle (White Lighting); her children, Josephine Fisher and Anthony Culbertson; and her grandchildren, Alan Provost, Amorette Provost (Amy), Angel Provost, Anthony Volk and Michael Cahoon.
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Provost; her great grandchildren, Latasha Volk (Greg Thelen), Tommy, Anthony, Brianna Houser (Brian Houser), Hannah Provost, Angelo Provost and Isabella Provost of Bismarck, ND.; and her great great grandchildren, Rowan Hayes, Layla Thelen and Albus Houser.
