He was predeceased by: his parents, Fredrick Klein and Emma Klein (Tintzman); and his siblings, Elmer, Ervin, Andrew, Adam, Bernard, Richard, William, Florence and Sophie Kissinger.
He is survived by: his wife Erin Graden of Bismarck, ND; and his siblings, Marvin Klein of Cherry Valley, CA, Oscar Klein (Bertha) and Darlene Honeycutt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
To honor Uncle Victor in the short term, please follow the COVID guidelines. In the longer term, the family is planning a life celebration post-COVID.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials be directed to your favorite Veteran's organization.
