He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Frederick (Grimm) and Fritz Frederick; his brother Darryl Frederick; and his siblings-in-law, Donald Weidner, Fred Weidner, Dan Weidner and Sarah Weidner.
He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his children, Darla Schafer (Randy) and Wesley Frederick (Janelle); his grandchildren, Weston Schafer (Kristin), Kayla Henke (Palmer), Jake Schafer (Ashley), Serena Beer (Bo), Hunter Frederick (Chanci) and Landon Frederick; his great grandchildren, Noah, Leah, Kora Henke, Elizabeth, Jaren Schafer, Iris, Gavin Schafer and Moxyn Beer; his sister Eunice Toman (John); and his siblings-in-law, Alvin Weidner (Donna), Darlene Frederick, Diana Weidner and Marion Weidner. He is also survived by many nieces nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 12:00 PM. A memorial service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the United Church of Christ (1200 E Highland Acres Rd, Bismarck, ND 58501).
