It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald D. Otto of Mandan, North Dakota, born in Bismarck, North Dakota, who passed away on February 13, 2022, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Linda Otto; his mother Edith; his daughters, Jolene and Laura; and his siblings, Kenny Otto (Eileen) and Bonnie Leingang (Tim). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
