He was predeceased by: his parents, John Meyer and Margaret Meyer (Heinert); and his siblings, Edwin, Addie McKenna, Liz Gash and Jenny Zillich.
He is survived by: his wife Violet Deines; his children, Donna Zimmerman of Aurora, CO, Linda Meyer of Mandan, ND, Al Meyer (Lisa) of Mandan, ND and Tina Lefor (Deran) of Lefor, ND; and his grandchildren, Tara Brooks (Lawrence), Ashley Zimmerman, Tanner Zimmerman (Brittany Schlenker), Karsen Meyer, Kylie Meyer, Kole Meyer, Ransly Lefor and Shaylyn Lefor.
