He was predeceased by: his parents, Helmuth Spitzer and Lorraine Spitzer (Buchert). He is survived by: his children, Lorri Strand (Chris) of Kalispell, MT and Shawn Spitzer of Denver, CO; his grandsons, Zach and Ethan Strand; his sister Karla Spitzer (Scott Friedman) of Somis, CA; his sister-in-law Bonnie Schmitz (Chuck); his niece Niki Wickman (Mark); and his great-nephew Jackson.
