He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand Meidinger and Lea Meidinger (Aipperspach); his siblings, Florence Just, Raymond and Clarence; and his pets, Panda and Spook.
He is survived by: his wife June Gimbel; his children, Joyce Bold (Dennis), Tim (Laurie) and Dave (Angie); his grandchildren, Randy Schmidt (April), Trish Krueger (Brian), Eric Knudson (Hannah), Lisa Smestad (Chad), Lori Knudson and Tina Mattern (Kevin); his great grandchildren, Ayden, Ryder, Wyatt, Jacob, Joslyn, Juliana, Rylee, Lila Grace, Charlotte and Kallen; and his siblings, Berneice Thurn, Stanley (Cindy) and Alfred (Gail).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the DaWise-Perry Funeral Services (4614 Memorial Hwy, Mandan, ND 58554). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
