With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leland Schlenker of Mandan, North Dakota, born in Jud, North Dakota, who passed away on September 24, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Schlenker and Christine Schlenker (Schlittenhard); and his spouse VerDella Krieger. He is survived by: his children, Patty Berreth (Mark) and Delmer (Linda Schuler); his grandsons, Cole Berreth (Trish), Blake Berreth (Emily) and Brandon Berreth (Jenna); and his brother Norbert (Darlene). He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
