He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn Gerald Wuertz and Peggy Grace Rowley (Rowley); his sister Kira Jean Wuertz; his grandparents, Carl, Mary Wuertz (Siegfried), Robert and Maxine Lora Rowley (Patterson); and his aunts and uncles, Elden, Teckla Wuertz (Holzer), Ronald, Judy Blank (Rowley), Gerald, Anita Frohlich (Rowley), Robin Rae Staples (Rowley) and Brian Robert Rowley.
He is survived by: his children, Josh Wuertz (Rachel Lyle), Kira Marie Wuertz (Eric Erwin) and Seth Wuertz; his siblings, Carl Robert Wuertz and Toni Lynn Wuertz Soennichsen; his grandchildren, Brady, Brylie, Braxton and Brooklyn; and his aunt Linda (Larry Hippen).
