He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Emil and Agnes Emil (Balkowitsch); his brother Dennis Emil; and his siblings-in-law, Bernice and Marvin Fischer.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Emil (Fischer) of Mandan; his daughters, Kim Schroder (Emil) of North Oaks, MN and Carly Gatzlaff (Emil) of Shoreview, MN; his sons-in-law, Tyson Schroder and Michael Gatzlaff; and his grandchildren, John, Anna, Parker and Nina.
We find peace knowing John will be able to live on through his organ donation, continuing to bless both our lives and the lives of others.
