It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joan Fitzsimmons of Mandan, North Dakota, born in Bismarck, North Dakota, who passed away on April 12, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Orgaard and Agnes Orgaard (Hayes); her husband Ted; and her sister Linda. She is survived by: her children, Laurie (Bill Mulnix) and Ted Fitzsimmons; and her brother Larry Orgaard (Sharon). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
