We bid farewell to Jay Perkins of Mandan, North Dakota, born in Bismarck, North Dakota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 25, 2024 at the age of 73. Jay touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Perkins and Hannah Perkins (Tosseth). He is survived by: his wife Jean Perkins; his daughters, Jessie Hugh (Chris) and Julie Perkins (Tyler Bader); his grandchildren, Mercedez Rosario (TJ Lagro) and Rafael Rosario; his sisters, Adeline Schaubert and Linda Bowhall; his sister-in-law Marge Perkins; his brothers, Lloyd "Bud" Perkins, Warren Perkins and Paul Gene Perkins; and his grandson Kaizen Hugh.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the DaWise-Perry Funeral Services (4614 Memorial Hwy, Mandan, ND 58554).
