He is survived by: his friends, Perry, Angelika, Bill and Carleen; his wife Karen; his daughter Kristi; his son-in-law Lindsey; his granddaughter Gillian; and his siblings, Ken Schatz (Ellen), Wayne Schatz, Richard Schatz (Sherry), Marilyn Loos, Shirley Genz (Adolf), Steve Schatz (Gale), Dean Schatz (Kim) and Randy Schatz (Tammy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
