It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Henry I. Benz of Mandan, North Dakota, who passed away on November 12, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Benz (Jack) and Frances Benz (Frederick); his wife Marge Friedt; his siblings, Adam, Katherine, Judith, John Benz, Benedict Benz, Marge Peters, Frances Urlacher and Jeanette Veverka; and his grandson Andrew Benz.
He is survived by: his children, Rodney (Pam), Kellen (Adonna), Randy, Carlene Rothschiller (Joe) and Jayne Bernhardt (Troy); and his brother-in-law Laudie Veverka. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
