We bid farewell to Harley James Schwind Jr. of Mandan, North Dakota, born in Ashley, North Dakota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 17, 2024 at the age of 60. Harley James touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his son Harley James Schwind III; and his brother Chad Schwind. He is survived by: his parents, Harley Sr. Schwind and Lola Schwind (Cox); his wife Darcy Schwind; his children, Tristin Schwind (Ryan Thompson), Corrina Birks (Curtis) of Center, ND and Devin Stugelmeyer (Sammy); his grandchildren, Peyton, Lillian and Amelia; and his brothers, Darrin Schwind (Cara) and Kurt Schwind (Rose) of Lakota, ND. He is also survived by 11 nieces, 1 nephew, and 1 great nephew; as well as numerous cousins and several aunts and uncles.
Memorials are preferred to Tunnel to Towers Foundation, the ND Veterans Cemetery, or the Wounded Warrior Foundation.
