He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Heinen and Mary Heinen (Wren); his sister Joan Heinen; and his brother-in-law Frank Bonagofski. He is survived by: his spouse Masako Gibo; and his sons, Tom (Becky) and Pat. He is also survived by six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; five brothers; two sisters; numerous nieces and nephews.
