He is survived by: his son-in-law Duncan; his wife Debbie; his daughter Shauna Ackerman (Duncan); his grandchildren, Skylar, Quinn, Emerson, Bauer and Cale; his daughter Nichole Kieffer (Dave); his grandchildren, Noah and Claire of Blaine, MN; his children, Dana Gietzen and Derek Gietzen (DeAnn); his grandchildren, Brooke and Kylie; his siblings, Elaine Streitmatter (Alan) of Polson, MT, Glen Ullin, Arnold "Mick" Gietzen (Barb) of Dent, MN, Phyllis Mackey (Michael) of Davenport, FL, Maxine Schmautz, Mark Gietzen (Deb), Keith Gietzen (Sherri) and Karen Gietzen; and his sister-in-law Janice Gietzen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
