With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Delores Thompson of Mandan, North Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 7, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth "Betty" Birkmaier (Gartner) and Eugene Birkmaier; her husband Marvin Thompson; and her siblings, Rev. James Birkmaier and Sandra Birkmaier.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Enslin (Mike) of Minot, ND, Donna Becker (Wayne) of Mandan, ND and Kenneth Snyder (Gail) of Andover, MN; her stepdaughter Marvia Boettcher of Newberg, OR; and her grandchildren, Jay Boettcher (Denise) of Bursa, Türkiye, Mark Boettcher of Janesville, WI, Kyle Becker of Nashville, TN, Patrick Becker of Denver, CO, Nicholas Snyder of Nixa, MO, Stephanie Ying (Kelvin) of Catonsville, MD and Sarah Boylan (Kyle) of Blaine, MN. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
