He is survived by: his friend DJ; his brothers, Dusty (Sandy Graf), Dale (David), Jared (Sara), Lincoln, Michael (Melissa Plesuk) and Mark (Marilyn); his nephew James Jacobson; and his nieces, Debbie Schulz (Tyrel) and Caroline Jacobson. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
