She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Leingang and Regina Leingang (Launginer); her former husband Hilbert Hohbein; her daughter Kim Kroh; and her siblings, Irene Eckroth (Dan), Bernard "Bernie" Leingang (Dorothy), Leonard Leingang (Julie), Rose Sturn (Don) and Larry Leingang (Bernice).
She is survived by: her husband Mike Schaff; her daughter Laurie Meindinger (Tim); her son-in-law Dewey Kroh; her grandsons, Levi Kom (Trista Rychlik) and Ryan Kroh (Ciera); her great grandchildren, Jack, Sam Kom, Alora, Kal and Cameron Kroh; her sister Bernadette Schaff (Mike); and her siblings-in-law, Sid Hohbein (Dixie) and Glenese Lauinger (Jerry).
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A prayer was held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Weigel Funeral and Cremation Service (309 4th Ave NW, Mandan, ND 58554). A Mass was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Christ the King Catholic Church (505 10th Ave NW, Mandan, ND 58554).
