She is survived by: her daughter Grace; her husband Mike; her parents, Tom Temple and Bonnie Temple of Lakeland, FL; her brother Logan Temple (Katie) of Delano, MN; her grandmother Sandra Fort of Lakeland, FL; her parents-in-law, Bruce and Lucilda Herman of Bismarck, ND; her brother-in-law Tyler Herman (Karissa) of Richmond, TX; her grandparents-in-law, Alvin and Esther Herman of Bismarck, ND; and her close friend Amanda Carlson. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations for Grace Herman's college fund.
