He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Neff and Elaine Neff (Helm); and his wives, Judy Hoftiezer and Cheryl Minnick Taylor. He is survived by: his brother Marlyn Neff (Paulette) of Mandan; his stepchildren, Neil Taylor and Kelly Lesney; and his niece Melodie Neff (Matthew Miller). He is also survived by six step-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren.
