He was predeceased by: his mother Michelle Sebastian (Genre); his brother Dusty Sebastian; and his grandparents, Betty Genre, Alvin Genre and Myron Sebastian.
He is survived by: his father Douglas Sebastian of Loveland Colorado; his children, Taiten Elgaen and Klarity Baker; his siblings, Derrake Sebastian of Minot and Chelsea Sebastian of Bismarck; and his grandmother Eunice Sebastian of Towner. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; and other relatives and friends.
