He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Albert Noel Sr. and Roland Wittmann (Siglinde); his brother-in-law Paul Raftevold; and his nephew Joshua Raftevold. He is survived by: his wife Amanda; his children, Asher, Brynlee and Taylynn; his parents, James Noel and Angelika Voegele (Perry); his siblings, Tamara Roehrich (Nate Bauer) and Jesse Noel; his stepsiblings, Brandon Voegele (Vanessa Fox) and Tanya Ell (Travis); his grandchildren, Beverly Noel, Joe and Kathy Hammer; and his siblings-in-law, Brian Raftevold (Allison), Justin Hammer (Jackie) and Samantha Hammer (Wade Felton).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ascension Catholic Church (1905 S 3rd St, Bismarck, ND 58504). A prayer was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery (1825 46th St, Mandan, ND 58554).
