He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Bingert and Regina Bingert (Gauer); his father-in-law Bill Kelsch; and his siblings-in-law, Greg Kraiter, Mary Kelsch and Rae Ann Kelsch.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Bingert; his children, Kyle Bingert, Matthew Bingert (Samantha) and Danielle Bingert; his grandchildren, Brynn Vogel, Kason Bingert and Finan Bingert; his siblings, Paulette Kraiter and Dan Bingert; his mother-in-law Joan Kelsch; and his brothers-in-law, Steve Kelsch (Anne) and Tom Kelsch (Shelley). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials to Mandan.
