He is survived by: his parents, Ed Boehm and Marsha Boehm; his brother Chad Boehm (Kaysi); his niece Eleanor; his grandmother Beth Jones; his pet Max; his grandparents, Joe, Jennie Boehm and Jim Jones; his pets, Chelsie and Baylee; and also Brian. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
