He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Charnholm and Olga Charnholm (Guttu). He is survived by: his wife Judy Matthiesen; his children, Jacki Anfinson (Mike) of Bismarck and Marc Charnholm (Deborah) of Ennis, MT; his brothers, Rodney of Green Bay, WI and Robert (Linda) of Phoenix, AZ; his grandchildren, Michael (Krystal) of Bismarck, Brittany (Brandon) of Minot, Austin and Colton of Ennis, MT; and his great grandchildren, Nolan, Klayten, Norah, Khloe and Nellie. He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to the Scottish Rite Speech Therapy Center for Children (P.O. Box 2094, Bismarck, ND 58504) or the donor's charity of choice in Brad's memory).
