She was predeceased by: her parents, Gus Belohlavek and Della Belohlavek (Sterna) of Mandan, ND.; her husband Ray (Ray); her son Raymond (Joe); and her sisters, Marge Ehlis, Betty Ciavarella and Jean Weismann.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff (RaNette) of Olympia, WA, Greg of Mandan, ND and Lisa Kruckenberg (Greg) of Mandan, ND; her granddaughters, Abigail of Temecula, CA, Hannah McGhee (Travis) of Greene County, Haley of Olympia, WA and Paige of Mandan, ND; and her siblings, Janet Elkin (Richard) of Bismarck, ND, Mavis Wahl (Wayne) of Gilbert, AZ and Jan Belohlavek (Marla) of Mandan, ND.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
She was especially proud of her oldest sons, Jeff and Greg, who both donated kidneys to their brother, Joe.
