It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernard Neibauer of Mandan, North Dakota, born in Huff, North Dakota, who passed away on October 17, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Neibauer and Philomena Neibauer (Schmidt). He is survived by: his children, Laurie Hoffman (Roger), Rhonda Schaefer (Ron) and Britt (Darcy); his sister Maggie Koch; and his fiancée Lorene Ebel. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and special friends.
