He was predeceased by: his son Shane; his parents, John Klein and Theresa Klein; and his siblings, Adam, Joe, Andy, Frances, Maggie and Katie.
He is survived by: his wife Julie Bachmeier; his children, Patrick (LaRissa), Antoinette, Tracy (Joni), DelRae (Todd) and Kerri (Sheldon); his grandchildren, Travis (Sara), Chelsea, Erik, Aubrie (Tyler), Spencer, Taylor (Tristan), Tannen (Jess), Brant (Lynly), McKenzie, Elijah, Stephanie (Tristan) and Shannarae (Gene); and his sister Peggy. He is also survived by his 18 great-grandchildren.
