It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Adolph Braun of Mandan, North Dakota, born in Raleigh, North Dakota, who passed away on May 26, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Braun and Emerance Braun (Bonogofsky); his siblings, Claudia Braun O. S. F., Joe, Pius and Adam; and his sister-in-law Clara Braun (Joe).
He is survived by: his wife Helen Alvina Hersch; his children, Bruce (Diane) of Mandan, Bernie of Mandan and Barb Lantz (Jerry); his sisters-in-law, Lydia Braun (Pius) and Angie Braun (Adam); his grandchildren, Amy Carlson, Jason Lantz (Mandy), Amanda Chase, Sr. (Pierson), Airman Bradley Lantz (Darby) and Brigitte Lantz (Chris); his great grandchildren, Evelyn Rae Lantz and Barrett Pierson Chase; and also Edwin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
