She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Schmid and Emma Schmid (Kanzelman); her husband Clifford O. Westby; her brothers, Donald, George and Gordon; and her sisters-in-law, Katherine, Annie, Ardys Schmid, Hazel and Maude Westby. She is also survived by her four nieces and four nephews.
