He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Togstad and Minnie Togstad (Ploium); his wife Eileen Torvik of Powers Lake, ND; his siblings, Evelyn Toso (William) and Joel Togstad (Pfalliott); and his nephews, David Togstad and Larry Toso.
He is survived by: his sons, Curtis Togstad (Barb) of Jamestown, ND and Gary Togstad (Carla) of Casper, WY; his grandsons, Travis Togstad (Dawn) and Mark Togstad; and his great grandchildren, Jonathan Togstad, Emily Togstad and Abagail Togstad. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the North Dakota Veterans Cemetery: 1825 46th Street Mandan, ND 58554.
