He is survived by: his wife Penny Johnson; his children, Michael Wentz (Joy) of Devils Lake, Darren Wentz of Devils Lake, Matt Wentz (Misti) of Devils Lake and Ashley Ackerman (James) of Devils Lake; his grandchildren, Brendan Wentz, Rachelle, Michael, Tyler Wentz, Joseph Miller, Marc Wentz (Sandy), Kayleigh Schwab and Aiden Ackerman; his great grandchildren, Kaysen, Parker, Jacob, Layla, Victoria and Cordelia; and his siblings, Leona Borg of Devils Lake, Dennis Wentz (Ruth) of Devils Lake, Gerald Wentz of Devils Lake, James Wentz of Devils Lake, Joan Korb of Devils Lake, Larry Wentz of Devils Lake, Mary Ann Hettwer (Nick), Ralph Wentz (Jane), Peter Wentz (Barb) and Leroy Wentz (Desiree). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
