He was predeceased by: his parents, Iver Grondahl and Inga Grondahl (Flaskerud). He is survived by: his children, Mike Grondahl (Sylvia) of Gold Canyon, AZ, Mark Grondahl (Aundi) of Puyallup, WA, Monte Grondahl (Wanda) of Gig Harbor, WA and Monica Ellingson (Joel) of West Fargo, ND; his partner Gail Nelson; his grandchildren, Mikel Grondahl (Mellissa), Barent Grondahl, Andrew Grondahl (Shannon), Christian Grondahl (Stacy), Derek Grondahl (Bre), Nathan Grondahl, Kindra Hines (Aaron), Tristin Grondahl, Ryan Ellingson, Joseph Ellingson and Bethany Ellingson; his great grandchildren, Austin Grondahl, Ashley Grondahl, Sterling Grondahl, Brody Grondahl, Colton Grondahl, Sawyer Grondahl, Dalton Grondahl, Hudson Grondahl, Aspen Grondahl, Quinn Hines and Roman Hines; and his siblings, Wendel Grondahl (Gail), Gyneth Sheets (Jerry) and LaDonna Dahlen (Richard).
