He is survived by: his wife Mary Krejce; his children, Byron Whetsel, Joy Olson and Patricia Coppin; his grandson Jacob Whetsel; his siblings, Jerry Olson (Julie), James Olson (Vickie), Richard Olson (Peggy) and Vivian Larson; his sisters-in-law, Shirley Arne (Curt) and Viola Wise (Gerald); and his nephew Terry Olson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
