He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Magill and Viola Magill (Lemnus); his wife Norma Magill (Seefeldt); his son-in-law Lee Dybsand; and his siblings, Francis Magill (Mary), Jack Magill (Linda), James Magill (Bonnie), Marion Schumacher (Harvey) and Grace Domine (Lenny).
He is survived by: his uncle Shorthorn; his brother Robert Magill (Sharon); his sisters-in-law, Audrey Neff (Don) and LaDonna Fischer (Gene); his children, Linda Dybsand (Lee), Steven Magill (Debbie), Rebecca Purdy (Pat) and Charles Magill (Kausha); his grandchildren, Lauren (Preston), Aaron, Laura (David), Brendan, Matthew, Leah, Hadley, Dalton (McKinzee), Addison and Garret; his great grandchild Vivienne Rose; and his son Chuck.
