She was predeceased by: her parents, Errol Smith and Beulah Smith; her husband Irvin Nelson (Punchy); her siblings, Dorothy Smith, Darvin Smith and Marvin Smith; her son-in-law Richard Hodgson; her grandsons, Travis Nelson, Derek Hickman and Michael Hickman; and her great grandchild Brayden Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Hickman (Jeff) of Palm Harbor, FL, Keith Nelson (Dana) of Enderlin, ND and Kay Hodgson; and her grandchildren, Ashley, Megan, Nicole, Heather, Hope, Heath, Heidi, Josh and Cody. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
