With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Patricia Nelson of Lisbon, North Dakota, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Patricia left this world on December 16, 2024 at the age of 88, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Errol Smith and Beulah Smith; her husband Irvin Nelson (Punchy); her siblings, Dorothy Smith, Darvin Smith and Marvin Smith; her son-in-law Richard Hodgson; her grandsons, Travis Nelson, Derek Hickman and Michael Hickman; and her great grandchild Brayden Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy Hickman (Jeff) of Palm Harbor, FL, Keith Nelson (Dana) of Enderlin, ND and Kay Hodgson; and her grandchildren, Ashley, Megan, Nicole, Heather, Hope, Heath, Heidi, Josh and Cody. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Faith € Journey Lutheran Church (127 2nd Ave E, West Fargo, ND 58078). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens - Fargo (1715 52nd Ave S, Fargo, ND 58103).
