He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Freeberg and Audrey Freeberg (Moellenkamp); and his siblings, Lawrence Freeberg, Richard Freeberg, Lois Seelye and Laurel Maley.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Freeberg; his children, Steven Freeberg (Mona), Suzanne Anderson (Steve) and Kristie Reinke (Steven); his grandchildren, Ryan Anderson (Amber), Samuel Reinke, Justin Reinke (Chelsea), Jennifer Gibson (Ben), Kersten Freeberg and Megan Freeberg; his great grandchild Miles Reinke; his sister Sandra Hill (Bob); and his sister-in-law Dorothy Freeberg.
