He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Laura Fruetel and Fredrick Fruetel; his wife Jean; his sister Elda Rodgers; his children, Gary Fruetel (Karen) and Colleen Richard (Ted); his grandchildren, Justin Richard (Celia), Mathew Richard (Rosario) and Kate Date (Rohit); and his great grandchildren, Liliana, Josephine, Hattie, John and Mathew.
