He is survived by: his sister Eloise Pohs of Denver, CO; his brother-in-law Frank Pohs of Wheatridge, CO; his son Joel Penberthy of Lisbon, ND; his grandchildren, Coltyn, Jena Penberthy of Fargo, ND, Bryar and Samantha Penberthy of Lisbon, ND; and his great grandchildren, Grace, Marsha and Erica.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to Luke Wall Benefit Fund at any Bank North location or donations to Fort Ransom Arena Association.
