He was predeceased by: his parents, George Carter and Hazel Carter (Shoen); his wife Lois Carter; his brothers, Charles Carter and Marvin Carter; and his sister-in-law Anna Konkler.
He is survived by: his sister Celia Schmidt; his son Larry Carter (Cindy); his grandchildren, Michael Carter (Ronni), Kelsey Lund (Tom), Tyler Henderson and Tyann Gemar (Ben); and his great grandchildren, Carter Lund, Russell, Davis Carter and Jackson Gemar.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Dahlstrom Funeral Home (11 Main St, Lisbon, ND 58054). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
