Though Elmer may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herman Cassatt and Lena Cassatt (Rudow).
A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the North Dakota Veterans Home (1600 Veterans Dr, Lisbon, ND 58054).
