He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvin Hanson and Phoebe Hanson; and his brothers, Charles, Donald and Myron.
He is survived by: his wife Jan (Olson); his children, Jon (Pam), Loren (Melissa), Tom and Heidi (Mike); and his siblings, Robert, Winnie and Kathy. He is also survived by five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
