He was predeceased by: his sister Marlys; and his brother-in-law Carl Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Pearl Sweet; his children, Becky Sweet and Clint Sweet of Lisbon, ND; his grandchildren, Bailey Sad, Taylon Sad and Cole Sweet; and his siblings, Gerald Sweet (Kaye), Jack Sweet (Donna), Joyce Penberthy, Elaine Dick (Leroy), Linda Kidd (Matthew), Norma Roll (Joe) and Sandy Schultz (Larry). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
