He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Kautz and Bernice Kautz (Woods) of Strasburg; his wife Denice (Sathren); his children, Chris Kautz (Heather) of Bismarck, Jeramie Kautz (Emily) of Linton and Sara Pazie (Mike) of Lemmon, S. D.; his grandchildren, Ryker (Rali Kautz), Caden Kautz, William and Heidi (Abbigail Pazie); and his siblings, Linda Rambough of Bismarck and Donald Kautz (Elizabeth) of Big Lake. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Peace Lutheran Church in Linton.
