He was predeceased by: his parents, Reinhold Schatz and Hilda Schatz (Bollinger); his sister Shirley Schatz; and his granddaughter Amanda Monroe. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Schatz; his children, Randy Heitz (Georgene), Rod Heitz (Kimberly), Ronda Monroe, Janelle Schatz and Warren Schatz (Amanda); and his grandchildren, Joshua, Sarah, Rachael, Jason, Lisa, Chasity, Austyn, Madeline, Weston and Mariah. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
