She is survived by: her children, Velva Band Mothers, Charles Garnaas (Donna), Paul Garnaas (Kelly) and Howard Garnaas (Tina Arnts); and her sister Catherine Foseide. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great- grandchildren and beloved nieces and nephews.
